2. No Return Policy
- We do not accept returns once a plant has been delivered.
- This is due to the sensitive and perishable nature of live plants.
3. Damaged or Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If you receive a plant that is:
- Damaged, OR
- Dead on arrival,
You must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and unboxing video proof
After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement of the plant, OR
- Partial or full refund, depending on the situation
4. Eligibility for Claims
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours
- The plant must be in original packaging condition
- Proper evidence (photos/videos) must be provided
5. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
- Delay in reporting beyond 24 hours
- Minor soil spillage or natural variation in plant size/shape
- Damage due to improper handling after delivery
- Change of mind after purchase
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
